Option 1 CPROmarketing

We market your home, find you a tenant, and qualify them. You sign the lease and manage the property.

Option 1 is best for local owners who have experience working directly with tenants, understand the Arizona Residential Landlord-Tenant Act, including establishing trust accounts, preparing end-of-year accounting for taxes, and have only one or two properties.

Option 2 CPROlite

We market your property, find and qualify the tenant, the place them in the lease. We collect rents, electronically disburse funds directly to your bank account, and provide monthly and annual owner’s statements along with preparing your IRS form 1099. Your financial activities are available to you on our secure site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Available for $25/month.

Option 2 is best for local owners who have experience working directly with tenants, understand Arizona landlord-tenant laws, and have time to effectively inspect their investments and manage maintenance issues.

Option 3 CPROcomplete

We do it all! Everything is included from Option 2, PLUS we regularly inspect the property, perform the move-in/move-out check with photo documentation, handle all maintenance requests, address HOA violations, process evictions†, and prepare the home upon vacancy. We take care of everything. Available for $75/month.

Option 3 is best for local and out-of-area owners who want an experienced team to handle the rental from A to Z for a low flat rate.

How it works:

In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email.

Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
